We accept secure card payments directly on our website (fastest option), as well as PayPal and bank transfer. For PayPal or bank transfer, please contact us to receive account details before making payment.
2. Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successful, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your purchase details.
3. Quality Control (QC)
Within 1–3 business days, we will send you a QC link (photos/videos of your actual shoes). Once you confirm QC, we will proceed with shipment.
4. Shipping Time
After QC confirmation, shipping usually takes 9–12 business days depending on your location.
5. Tracking Information
Within 1–3 business days after shipment, we will update your tracking number and send you a Shipping Confirmation email. You can then track your package directly online.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Time: 9–12 business days (after QC approval).
Shipping Carriers: DHL, USPS, FedEx. We will choose the fastest and most reliable option based on your delivery address.
Processing Days: Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Some carriers may deliver on weekends depending on your location.
Multiple Items: If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. Each shipment will include its own confirmation email and tracking number.
